A Beginner’s Guide To Pole Fitness

For those who recently saw Hustlers and are feeling all kinds of excited about trying pole dancing, this workout is for you. The actors made climbing that pole look so easy, but for laypeople who are interested in pole fitness, and have close to no upper body strength, it might not be as straightforward as they make it seem.
