1. Jennifer Lopez
At the top of the list is none other than actress and singer, Jennifer Lopez. Lopez kicked off the 2019 Leo season with an over-the-top, star-studded birthday bash to commemorate her 50th trip around the sun. In an interview with Dr. Oz, the age-defying beauty has credited staying hydrated, limited-to-no consumption of alcohol and consistent workouts for her flawless skin and trim figure.
2. Jennifer Aniston
J Lo isn’t the only Jennifer on our list. America’s sweetheart, Jennifer Aniston, turned 50 in early 2019 and just this week, the actress shared her thoughts on ageism with InStyle stating, “things aren’t shutting down in any way. I feel physically incredible. So it’s weird that it’s all of a sudden getting telegraphed in a way that’s like, ‘You look amazing for your age.’ I think we need to establish some etiquette around that dialogue and verbiage.” Well said, Jen!
3. Julia Roberts
After taking several years off to raise her family, Julia Roberts recently returned to the spotlight as the lead in Amazon series Homecoming. The 51-year-old actress who will forever be remembered as the pretty woman, told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year that daily yoga, lean proteins and sunscreen are to thank for her youthful appearance.

Self-proclaimed product junkie, Viola Davis is certainly doing a lot of things right in her skincare routine. The 54-year-old actress flaunts bright and flawless skin time, and time again both on-screen and off. In a conversation with Yahoo! Lifestyle, the star shared that oils like Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate, ample sleep and make-up free confidence are what keep her looking young.
5. Sharon Stone
Known for her on-screen roles as a sultry vixen, Sharon Stone exudes more confidence than ever at 61 years old. Diet plays a major role in her personal wellness regimen. The star shared her anti-aging secrets with Good Housekeeping last year stating that she lives a gluten, alcohol and caffeine-free lifestyle. Additionally, the star maintains an active fitness routine, stopping into her local gym up to five times per week and is consistent with her straightforward skincare regimen that includes cleansing her face twice per day. Sounds good to me!
