Rest Easy With Comfy + Conscious Sleepwear

I believe people should present themselves to the world in a style that reflects who they are, who they want to be and, most importantly, how they feel. When I go to bed at night, sometimes I want to be the sexy girlfriend in my boyfriend’s over-sized tee. Other nights, I feel like I want to be a sophisticated thirty-something MILF in a slinky nightgown. The only problem is, I don’t own a slinky nightgown!

I need a bedtime fashion overhaul and with the goal of incorporating who I want to be into my wardrobe, I am looking for conscious and sustainable pajamas to fill my bottom drawer. I’ve been eyeing these top three sleepwear brands.

Pour Les Femmes
Founded by actress and activist, Robin Wright and designer Karen Fowler, Pour Les Femmes is a socially conscious pajama line that partners with charitable organizations to empower and support women in the Congo. Their sleepwear is designed with women in mind and features feminine detailing and patterns on soft cottons.

Kotn prides itself on ethically sourcing authentic Egyptian cotton by working with local farming families and rebuilding the Egyptian cotton economy that has declined as larger corporations have opted to use cheaper fabrics. Kotn’s production is based in the region as well, supporting locals through job creation and fair wages. Their breathable, light pieces are perfect for hot summer nights.
