Spiralize Your Way Into Fall With Veggie Noodles

Summer sun tends to inspire us to head straight to the gym  happy hour after work and our body pays the price. The overload of vitamin D makes us feel happy and free and there’s a tendency to gain more weight in summer months than any other season. It’s time to get your body back in shape by replacing your pasta with vegetables.

Spiralizers are a kitchen must-have and allow you to make fresh vegetable noodles that are a healthy and delicious alternative to wheat pastas.
